The Company has been notified that Constance Baroudel, Non-Executive Director, yesterday purchased 735 Ordinary Shares of 0.625p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 948p each. Consequently, Constance Baroudel has an interest in 735 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0013% of the total voting rights of the Company.

In addition, the Company has been notified that Liz Hewitt, who will join the Board on 1 September 2011 as a Non-Executive Director, yesterday purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 962p each. Consequently, Liz Hewitt has an interest in 2,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.0036% of the total voting rights of the Company.
