The Company announces the following awards to Directors on 29 June 2011 under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan and the 2009 Deferred Share Bonus Plan:

In addition, following the vesting of a conditional share award on 30 June 2011, the Company purchased 46,000 shares on behalf of Robert Noel at a price of 841.5 pence per share. Of these shares, 23,920 were sold at this price to meet the PAYE tax and National Insurance liability and 22,080 were transferred to be beneficially held by Mr Noel.
