Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 29 September 2023, Ravi Tara, Chief Financial Officer, bought 15,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 580.0 pence per share.

 

In addition, further to the announcement on 21 September 2023, PDMRs Michael Wright and Ravi Tara have sold a total of 3,642 Ordinary Shares at a price of 580.0 pence per share, to cover the tax charge arising from the exercise of options.
