Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons
This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 4th December 2009, the Company received notification that Mr Lee Gardhouse, a PDMR, bought a total of 938 ordinary shares at a price of 271p per share on behalf of a connected person Miss E Gardhouse.
Mr Gardhouse's resultant share holding, including holdings of connected persons, increased by less than 0.001% as a result of this transaction and is currently 1,061,099 ordinary shares representing 0.22% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR transaction. The transaction took place in Bristol on 1st December 2009.
