Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 12 August 2011 that, on that day, Frank Maguire, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.92 per Ordinary Share.

Mr. Maguire is now the beneficial owner of 106,050 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.19% of the issued share capital of the Company.
