Sanctuary Group PLC22 March 2006 Sanctuary Group plc ("the Company") Director's Dealings The Company was notified on 21 March 2006 by Mr. Andrew Taylor, the ExecutiveChairman of the Company, that on 21 March 2006 Mr Taylor sold 98,490 ordinaryshares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52.7p per Ordinary Share. Onthe same day Mr Taylor's pension scheme purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares eachat a price of 52.8p to be held by Mr Taylor's personal pension scheme.
