Cape PLC15 July 2005 15 July 2005 Cape PLC ("Cape" or the "Company") Directors Shareholdings The Company was today informed that following their participation in thefundraising which was announced by the Company on 16 June 2005 and becameunconditional today, the following directors of the Company have acquired newordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") as detailed below. All ofthe additional Ordinary Shares were acquired as part of the Placing at theplacing price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares were admitted totrading on AIM this morning.
