Director Shareholding

Stellar Diamonds plc announces that on the 27th July 2012, Lord Daresbury, non-executive Chairman of Stellar, transferred 3,058,574 ordinary 1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.0p per Ordinary Share from his personal ownership to Corporation of Lloyds, Nameco (no. 76), a trust of which Lord Daresbury is a beneficiary ( the "Transfer"). Following the Transfer, Lord Daresbury's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed and remains at 4,938,164 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.74 per cent of Stellar's issued share capital.
