Land Securities Group PLC
The Company was today notified by the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust of the release of 10p ordinary shares ("Shares") under the Deferred Bonus Plan on 30 September 2011. The following Directors of Land Securities Group PLC ("Directors") became interested in the net number of Shares at 648.0521 pence per share on 30 September 2011 after the sale of shares for income tax and National Insurance purposes:
