Grant of options to Executive Directors

Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") (LSE: BQE) announces that Nick Adams, Group Chief Executive of Bioquell, and Michael Roller, Group Finance Director, have been awarded Options ("Options"), with vesting pre-conditions, over Bioquell ordinary shares with an exercise price of 128p.

Mr Adams has been awarded 232,000 Options. Mr Roller has been awarded 150,000 Options.

In order for the Options to vest Bioquell has to report earnings per share growth of RPI plus 7.5% compounded over three years.
