The Company announces that on 8 September 2017 Mr Chris Malley, Chief Executive, purchased 14,144 Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 141.4p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction Mr Malley and his connected parties hold 159,726 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.218% of the Company's issued share capital.
