Director/PDMR Shareholding
Tau Capital plc (the "Company") has today received notification from Richard Horlick, a non-executive director of the Company, that under an agreement with UBS AG, he is obliged to provide collateral against amounts borrowed. Funds from this facility were drawn down on 29 October 2009 and the collateral required by UBS AG includes a schedule of assets including, inter alia, up to 22,600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 9.48% of the Ordinary Shares in issue and the voting rights of the Company.
