On 9th June 2011 the following share transactions were completed by a director of Man Group plc. Man Group plc was informed of the transactions on the same day.

Acquisition of 230,693 ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each at nil consideration on the vesting of share awards under the Man Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
Shares sold: 120,225 ordinary shares at a price of 242.4803pence per share.
