Greene King PLC01 May 2007 Award of shares to a person discharging managerial responsibilities Greene King plc announces that on 30 April 2007 it awarded 10,000 ordinaryshares to Stuart Ross, Managing Director, Belhaven. The award was made incompliance with the terms of an agreement made with him following Greene King'sacquisition of Belhaven. The award will be funded by the transfer of shares from Kleinwort Benson(Guernsey) Trustees Ltd, as trustee of the Greene King Employee Share Trust.
