Godalming, UK: Sinclair Pharma plc ("Sinclair": SPH:L), the international specialty pharma company, has been informed that on 4 May Simon Youlton, Chief Scientific Officer, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 31.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Youlton is interested in 0.02 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sinclair.
