Tribal Group PLC30 June 2006 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Holding(s) in Company Tribal Group plc (the "Company") was notified today that Abacus CorporateTrustee Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust("the Trust") on 30th June 2006 transferred 2,835 ordinary shares of 5p each inthe Company pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Save As YouEarn All-employee Share Plan. The number of Tribal Group plc shares now held by the Trust is 846, 476 ordinaryshares of 5p each, representing 1.05% of the Company's issued share capital. The directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) of theCompany are treated as interested in share dealings by the Trust, as theCompany's shares held by the Trust may vest in them ultimately.
