Assura Group Limited (the "Company")

The Company announces that on 20 February 2012 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 79,365 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 31.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 367,303 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
