The Company was advised on 23 June 2011 that on 22 June 2011, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 421 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 399.75p per share, representing 0.0006% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 75,594 shares in the Company representing 0.104% of the Company's issued share capital.
