(`the Company') Directors' Sharedealings 27 March 2014 The company was yesterday informed that on the same day in Newcastle upon Tyne,under the terms of the Bellway plc (1996) Employee Share Option Scheme ('96ESOS') 16,500 (0.013%) Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares were transferred toTed Ayres for a consideration of £8.44 per share. Immediately thereafter 12,276 of these Bellway plc 12.5p ordinary shares weresold at a price of £16.463 per share.
