Dealing by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Restaurant Group plc ('the Company') announces that on 21 April 2009 Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised 180,272 Conditional Options and 67,602 Matching Options under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Page sold 180,874 shares at 150p per share. Following these transactions Mr Page increased his shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 417,485 shares to 484,485 shares, and his shareholding now represents 0.25% of the issued share capital.
On the same day Robert Morgan, Company Secretary of the Company, exercised 28,911 Conditional Options and 7,227 Matching Options under the 2005 Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this exercise, Mr Morgan sold 14,889 shares at 150p per share. Following these transactions Mr Morgan increased his shareholding in The Restaurant Group plc from 71,392 shares to 92,641 shares, and his shareholding now represents 0.05% of the issued share capital.
