National Express Group PLC25 September 2006 The Company was notified on 25th September 2006 by the trustee of the NationalExpress Employee Benefit Trust that it had transferred 59 ordinary 5 penceshares out of the trust in respect of an exercise by a participant in the ShareMatching Plan. Following this transaction, the trust holds 327,479 shares in the Company inwhich the executive directors, Richard Bowker, Ray O'Toole and Adam Walker aredeemed to be technically interested, under the Companies Act.
