15 September 2010 Norman Broadbent Plc ("Norman Broadbent" or the "Company") Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 14 September 2010, Brian Stephens, a Non-Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Norman Broadbent ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.065 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company, at a price of 95 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Stephens holds a total of 5,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.065 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. Mr Stephens' interest is held in the name of the Brian Stephens Pension Trust.
