The Company was notified on 23 February 2018 that on that day Iona Palmer-Baunack acquired 11,783 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of 169.728 pence per share. Iona Palmer-Baunack is a person closely associated with Avril Palmer-Baunack, Executive Chairman.
Following this purchase, Avril Palmer-Baunack and persons closely associated with her hold 13,825,638 1 shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.72% of the total issued shares in the Company.
