NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Mr Kevin Hayes, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 310p on Friday, 27 April 2018 and a further 24,110 Ordinary Shares at a price of 309p on Monday, 30 April 2018.
Following this purchase, Mr Hayes holds 284,975 Ordinary Shares representing 0.34% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
