NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

Cobham plc (the "Company") announces that on 1 February 2012 the 2005 Cobham Savings Related Share Option Scheme ("Scheme") for the benefit of Mr W G Tucker vested. Accordingly, Mr Tucker was issued with 16,610 ordinary 2.5 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") at an option price of £1.076 per Share.

On receipt of the share certificate, the shares will be transferred to Mrs K Tucker.
