On 29 March 2012, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Barry Howard, a Director, has today sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 167.1p each.

His resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 200,710 ordinary shares (of which 125,234 are nil paid), representing approximately 0.0810% of the total issued share capital of the Company and the total number of shares over which options are held by him is 238,734.
