Tribal Group plc ("the Company") has today been notified of the following purchases of ordinary shares of the Company.
On 30 June 2011, Stephen Breach purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 50.2827p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Stephen Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 62,144 or 0.07% of the Company's total issued share capital.
On 30 June 2011, Keith Evans purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 50.2827p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Keith Evans and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 100,000 or 0.11% of the Company's total issued share capital.
