Bovis Homes Group PLC31 October 2007 Bovis Homes Group PLC ("the Company") Notification of Interests The Company was today notified that Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ("theTrust"), a discretionary trust, registered in the name of ExcellerateHRO SharePlan Services (Guernsey) Limited, today transferred 3,036 Ordinary Shares underthe terms of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan, following theexercise of awards. The Executive Directors and certain PDMRs of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potentialbeneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those sharesand the dealings thereof.
