Directors' dealings
The Company received notification on 28 April 2009 that, on that day, Sue Craven transferred 430,000 Work Group ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") which were held in her own name into a SIPP of which she is the beneficiary. Sue Craven's beneficial holding of 1,102,535 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.9% of the Company's issued share capital, remains unchanged following this transfer.
