Enterprise Inns PLC24 November 2006 Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company') Director/PDMR Shareholding 24th November 2006 Following the exercises, on 12th September 2006, of options over 394,190ordinary shares in the Company awarded under the Enterprise Inns IncentivePlans, and primarily in order to discharge resulting tax and NIC liabilities,the executive directors sold the following ordinary shares on 23rd November 2006at an average price of 1192.623 pence per share.
