Director/PDMR Shareholding
MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, announces that Neil Osborn, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 666,666 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 December 2016.
Following the above transaction, Neil Osborn is beneficially interested in 1,238,095 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
