Notification of Interests in shares by Non-Executive Director

Aggreko announces that it has received notification from Robert MacLeod, Non-Executive Director, that on 17 October 2008 he purchased 10,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each, at a price of 432.5 pence per share. As a result, Mr MacLeod's interests in the ordinary share capital of Aggreko plc are 20,000 shares and this represents 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification was received on 17 October 2008, however, due to a communications error it was not delivered through RNS on time.
