The Company confirms that on the 23 December 2014, it granted to the following executive director an option, under the Enterprise Inns 2005 Save As You Earn Scheme, to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the Company set out below at a price of 86.88 pence per share:

This option will normally be exercisable from 1 February 2020 to 31 July 2020 and is not subject to any other performance criteria.
