CORRECTION TO DIRECTORS HOLDINGS

Thor Mining PLC (the "Company" or "Thor"), AIM, ASX: "THR" the specialist metals company focused on advancing tungsten-molybdenum and uranium projects in the Northern Territory of Australia, today announces a correction to the shareholdings of Norman Gardner and Michael Ashton in relation to the initial disclosures of their holdings as released to the market on 30 April 2008.
