Director's dealings
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of protein research tools, was notified on 4 October 2013 that, on 3 October 2013, a trust, of which Jonathan Milner, a Director of the Company, is a trustee, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company at a price of 500.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Dr Milner's total interest in the Company is 26,597,385 ordinary shares of 0.2p each representing approximately 13.3% of the Company's issued share capital, which is constituted as follows:
