The Company was informed that on 3 April, Paul Santing ,Group Commercial Director, and a Person Dispensing Management Responsibility ("PDMR") sold 1380 ordinary shares of 0.625 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 857.5 pence each

Following the sale, Paul's beneficial holding in the Company remains at 13,300 Ordinary Shares , representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital .
