Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that under the Company's process of awarding options to Senior Managers and Directors every six months, the following awards have been made:

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive, has been granted options over 11,176 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 23.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options have been granted on an unapproved basis outside of the Company's EMI arrangements. Following this grant, Gavin Oldham holds 185,028 Ordinary Shares under option (representing 0.13% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).

Richard Stone, Finance Director, and Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director, have each been granted options over 9,934 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.01% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 23.0 pence per Ordinary Share. These options have been granted under the Company's EMI arrangements. Following this grant, Richard Stone and Iain Wallace respectively hold 796,031 and 642,057 Ordinary Shares under option or co-ownership agreements with the Employee Benefit Trust (representing respectively 0.55% and 0.45% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
