Joules Group plc ("Joules" or the "Company") announces today that Tom Joule, the Founder and Chief Brand Officer of the Company, has transferred nine million ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") equally into five discretionary trusts. His voting control in the Company remains unchanged at 28,147,210 Ordinary Shares (32.07%).
