The Company announces that on 10 October 2011, John Grant, Non-executive Director, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 300.38p per share, via his Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP).

Following the above transaction, Mr Grant holds an interest of 145,847 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
