Greene King PLC11 October 2006 Greene King plc director's dealing Greene King plc announces that, on 11 October 2006, Tim Bridge, Rooney Anand andDavid Elliott, directors of the company, exercised the options which weregranted to them at nil-cost in October 2003 under the Greene King Long TermIncentive Plan. Tim Bridge exercised 86,000 options and retained 50,587 shares, selling 35,413shares in the market at 939.05p to cover his tax liability. Rooney Anandexercised 46,000 options and retained 27,052 shares, selling 18,948 in themarket at 943p to cover his tax liability. David Elliott exercised 46,000options and retained 10,000 shares, selling the remainder in the market at 936p.
