Directors' Shareholding
The Company was notified today that Stephen Falder, Business Development Director & Deputy Chairman, acquired 50,000 shares in the Company at 22.075 pence per share on 15 July 2008 through a pension scheme of which he is both a trustee and a beneficiary.
As a result Mr Falder's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 4,898,581 ordinary shares representing 10.97 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
