On 22 May 2013, awards granted on 25 February 2009 and 8 March 2010 under theSpectris Performance Share Plan to a director and person discharging managerialresponsibilities were exercised. The Company was informed by the individualbelow of the transaction on 22 May 2013. The awards were granted in the form ofnominal cost options with an exercise price of 5 pence per share. The awardsbecame exercisable on 25 February 2012 and 8 March 2013, each for a period of7 years.
