GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER SAVINGS RELATED SHARE OPTION PLAN
Premier Farnell Plc (the Company) announces a grant of options to Nicholas Cadbury, Chief Financial Officer, under the Company's HMRC approved savings related share option plan on 18 April 2012.
The option is in respect of 5,113 ordinary shares in the company at an option price of £1.76 per share.
