Vivo Energy plc (the "Company")

PDMR and PCA notification
The Company, was notified on 3 June 2021 that Helios Holdings Limited, an entity closely associated with Temitope Lawani, Non-Executive Director, has sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares, with the details of the transactions found below.
Following these transactions, Temitope Lawani's shareholding and share interest, together with persons closely associated with him, amounts to 21,111,221 ordinary shares of the Company. These shares are included as part of the Helios Investment Partners consolidated holding in the Company.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
