On 7 September 2015, Go-Ahead received notification that Nick Horler, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 1,038 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of £23.94 per share (the "Purchase") on 4 September 2015.

Following the Purchase, Nick Horler holds 1,038 ordinary shares which represents 0.0024 % of the current issued share capital of the Company.
