AVEVA Group plc announces that on 28 June 2016 it was notified that on 27 June 2016 the following share option exercises and share sales took place:

Grimur Lund, PDMR

Mr Lund exercised options of 446 shares following the 2013 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained 446 shares, settling the income tax liabilities separately.

Mr Lund exercised options of 129 shares following the 2014 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained 129 shares, settling the income tax liabilities separately.

Mr Lund exercised options of 108 shares following the 2015 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained 108 shares, settling the income tax liabilities separately.

Following this, Mr Lund owns 5,783 ordinary shares and holds options over 15,423 ordinary shares.
