NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTION OF DIRECTOR
MIAMI (September 3, 2007) - On August 31, 2007, Carnival Corporation & plc were notified that Dr. Modesto Maidique, a member of Carnival Corporation & plc's boards of directors, purchased 750 shares of Carnival Corporation common stock at a price of $45.828 (USD) per share. Following this transaction, Dr. Maidique owns an aggregate of 5,000 shares of common stock.
