Canaccord Capital Inc. discloses Director's dealings
Purchase of Canaccord shares
VANCOUVER, Feb. 15 /CNW/ - Canaccord Capital Inc. announces that Mark G. Maybank, President & Chief Operating Officer of Canaccord Capital Corporation (the Company's Canadian operating subsidiary), and a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Canaccord Capital Inc., purchased on February 13, 2007, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, 7,244 common shares in the company at a price of C$19.24 per share. As a result, Mr. Maybank now holds 213,613 common shares in the company, representing 0.45% of the issued common shares of the company.
