Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ('PDMRs').

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following PDMR notified the Company on 25 January 2012 of the following purchases of Ordinary Shares of £0.05 each in the Company (the "Shares") on the London Stock Exchange:-

David Heslop purchased 68,268 Shares on 24 January 2012 at 109.24 pence per share, and Mrs V Heslop purchased 9,684 Shares on 25 January 2012 at 109.46 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. and Mrs. Heslop's total holding in the Company amounts to 103,497 shares, representing 0.013% of the total share capital of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 802,660,757 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
