DIRECTOR DEALING
The Board of MBL Group plc, the UK distributor of home entertainment products, was informed today that Lisa Clarke, Group Finance Director, purchased on 23 July 2009 10,000 MBL ordinary shares at 131.43p per share and a further 2,500 MBL ordinary shares at 135.0p per share. Lisa Clarke now has an interest in 12,500 MBL ordinary shares representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of MBL's issued share capital.
